The NSW Environment Protection Authority (the EPA) is consulting with business, government and the community to gain valuable input into the proposed approach to environmental regulation. Your views on our purpose, principles and approach to improving environmental regulation are highly valued and will inform how we will implement the Regulatory Strategy.
