Regulatory Strategy finalised
Thank you for your feedback on our proposed approach to environmental regulation. Consultation closed on the 31 March 2021.
The NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) received 315 submissions on the Regulatory Strategy between 9 February to 31 March 2021. We also collected feedback from council and industry representatives at the EPA Roadshow forums. Your views on our purpose, principles and approach to improving environmental regulation are highly valued and will inform how we will implement the Regulatory Strategy.
The Regulatory Strategy has been finalised and can be found on the EPA website.
