In April 2022, the EPA concluded consultation with the community, local councils and licensees on the draft regulation.
Final Regulation and Submissions Report
Changes proposed in the draft Regulation were detailed in the Regulatory Impact Statement. Those changes and others were further considered after receiving feedback on the draft Regulation.
